Assume that consent to obtain a blood sample from a rape suspect is obtained by telling him that the sample will be tested to determine the percentage of alcohol in his blood. Is his consent voluntary if the blood sample is actually used to match his blood with fl uids found at the rape scene? See Graves v. Beto, 424 F.2d 524 (5th Cir. 1970)
