Introduction
To start with, human resource management is considered as being a vital aspect of the
hospitality sector chiefly since it is the staff members who are capable of improving the
company’s performance due to their capability of providing substantial levels of satisfaction
and service to the consumers of the company (Griffin, 2010). Likewise, this particular report
evaluates the diversity and inclusion strategy followed by one of the leading food chains i.e.
McDonald’s. Because of the cultural and social disparities of the staff members, there are
continuous levels of disagreement among the staff members and fitting them into one team
for performing efficiently is not an easy task. For reducing the continuous conflicts as a result
