    Purpose
    What are you hoping to achieve with this speech?
    
    Through this speech, both
parents and teachers will get an idea about the future plans related to the school and it also helps for improving the quality of services provided by the teachers.
    Audience
    Who will be in your audience? What do you know about them?
    
    The audience will be teachers and parents, I know about their backgrounds and I know that they are attending the meeting for making improvements in the student’s life.
    Thesis
    What is the key message of your speech?
    
    The key message for my speech includes the current problems faced by the children and the support required from the parents for making changes in their school life. Other major aspects of the speech includes aspects connected to the welfare of the children, teachers and community.
