Personal Strategic Plan
The paper underlies a personal strategic plan for my life. It analysis my strategic plans
based on various external and environmental factors. I intend to starting start an auto parts
business after my degree. My business would primarily be involved in import and exports of the
auto parts. I would certainly like to expand upon this business in the years to come and certainly
feel that this could be a cash cow for me. The starting from the scratch and competing with local
companies initially I would like to take it global as a part of my long term strategy and will like
to operate it globally.
Mission Statement and Strategic Plan
The mission statement of my business would be “to be devoted to our customers by
providing the best quality of auto part products and services around the globe”. The mission
statement of my business is derived based on my long term objectives of import and export in the
auto parts. Currently, with the limitation in resources and experience I would certainly start my
business as a small auto parts firm catering to the needs of the local clients. This would certainly
help me in studying the market and industry trend as a whole.
After gaining adequate experience, resources and capital I would certainly link to employ
those and expand upon my business. I would foray into imports and exports of auto parts. The
imports of the auto parts would certainly from the countries like China, India and Japan which
have low costs and best of technology. This would certainly help grow my profit margin and
assist me to acquire more market share. I plan to expand on the same business line for the time
horizon of 5-8 years wherein I would like to witness high growth for my company foraying into
different markets, catering to more clients and opening different distribution centers.
Gaining enough experience in the industry and after developing a brand name for my
corporation I would like to open up a new manufacturing facility wherein we can manufacture
our own auto parts. I would certainly like to start this by acquiring a small company in the auto
parts manufacturing sector which can save a lot...
