Assignment Students are required to submit a project proposal of 1500 words in preparation for the organisational development dissertation project. The proposal must include information under the following headings:  Title , The proposed project that will be implemented (incl. aim and objectives) , Organisational context , Rationale for selecting the project.  Role of the student in the process.  Organisational impact and expected outcome(s).  Potential threats to implementation.  Proposed method(s) of evaluation.  Requirements for ethical approval within your organisation. A GANTT chart mapping the project plan should also be included as part of the appendices. The feedback will provide direction as to whether or not the student should proceed with their project.
