CBA has a mission to safeguard and improve the financial well-being of consumers, creditors, employees and the wider community (Rodrigo, 2016). CBA has four technological, economic, effective and influential strengths and aims to provide its customers with the best goods and services that they can access. Recognizing that business practice is the core element for achieving this aim, CBA attaches tremendous emphasis to a corporate process management Model, which is well represented in this case study, by means of a multi stage, multi-facetted BPM governance strategy. A variety of approaches have been included in this case study, such as document checks, formal interviews, workshops and meetings, in conjunction with researchers and practitioners to collect the most relevant information between March and August 2018. CBA constantly evolves and introduces what happened in August 2018.
