Introduction
    Social inequality is one of the most prevalent malpractices that has contributed significantly to injustices, and are experienced in almost all the sector prevailing in the world whether its corporate, schools, religious places and even in government sectors. In this essay I would narrate one of my personal experiences regarding when I volunteered at a local hospital assisting the patients and the working side by side with the nurses. It also correlates with the fact how the nurses take care of each and every person under her ignoring all the inequalities whether cultural, gender or linguistic. I will also share my experience seeing just how they are totally devoted to their work and how they prioritise their work over all the inequalities and how these experiences personally helped me in gaining my inner qualities towards becoming a great nurse.
Problem Identification
    The main thing occurred with the problem Identification what I observed there that being under staffs can be challenging and can influence the safety risk of the patients. As in the hospitals the patient are under the supervision of the doctors, hospital staffs and the attendants. The patients admitted in the hospitals are the one which requires a proper supervision and attention all the time or can say 24 hrs in a day. That is a way much hectic and difficult thing for the staffs to supervise the patients frequently as there are lot more patients in the hospital. Regarding the patient which are in the normal conditions the things could be done easily but regarding the patients in severe condition the supervision needs proper and the staffs should have to be on alert all the time as there bit of negligence towards their duty can cost some one’s life. I felt time management can contribute to put everyone at ease. As effectively managing the time could manage all the loop holes as time management plays an effective role in portraying the compatible feature for everyone (Hours).
