Policy Scope
In this report we will discuss about a policy which can be used as the guideline for assisting the Heatherdale preschool so that they can have an active role for caring the students in a proper environment and promote and contribute for assist unable future also.

The key stakeholders of organization are nominated advisor, educators, approved providers, parents and the children who are studying in the preschool.
Responsibility
As per the current research it can be confirmed with the experiences it is easier to establish a better life for the behaviour and values and also use them for the sustainability education which can be included in the childhood programs. It is very important for the students to understand the world and the role which can be played by then to prevent and protect the environment. The preschool wants to have a place where they can provide a better environment to the students and make them understand the required behaviour. The basic idea for getting this policy done is to have an environment which can help them to sustain themselves in the future. Environmental education can be used as the subject which helps the students to learn about the environment and how the natural system is functioning. The environmental sustainability is related with the connection of plants, humans and animals.
The sustainability can be defined as a holistic and broader context for organization. There are different types of complexities which can be acknowledged in the terms of environment and social and their implications are considered to have a sustainable life. The major aim of having sustainability policy for any organization is to promote a sense of respect, empowerment, enquiry, desire, responsibility and active participation to change the future. The major goal of having sustainability policy is to empower the organization to think and act in multiple ways which can help them to achieve their immediate needs without having any effect over the future generations to meet their own needs. The sustainable practice is very important in early days of the organization. The national quality standard shares our discussion on having the service which takes the active role for taking care of the environment and contributing few points to the system able future. As the service providers for any community or the services they are having an opportunity to reduce the waste, energy consumption with their operations and also to have sustainable living further organization or the preschool.

· National quality standard, quality area 3 in which it includes physical environment, sustainable practices which are included in the service operations and the children who are supported to become responsible and respect the environment.
Vision
This policy is applied to the nominated supervisor, educators, students, approved provider, certified supervisor, children, parents or guardians, volunteers and others who are attending the programs and activities performed in the preschool.
Values
The preschool has their commitments for the promotion of respect and the Berry appreciation for the natural environment among their all the services. They have commitment for foster in the capacity of the children to understand and respect the natural environment and have interdependency between the land, animals, people and the plants. They are also known for supporting the development of positive values and attitudes in line and have some sustainable practices. They also try to ensure that the educators and the staff members are engaged in sustainable practices during the operation of all the services which are performed in preschool.

The social relationships can be defined as the interaction between the individuals or the groups. In every society there are individuals who tries to develop the relationship with other individuals, and this can help them to achieve their goals. These relationships can be created either consciously or unconsciously.
