Executive Summary
This assignment deals with the ideas of the leadership theories. It deals with one of the most populated leaders of an Australian based company, Liam Hayes. He is the Global Chief Officer at a leading company named Aurecon. In this assignment, he reveals that how the theories of leadership skills help him to overcome the various obstacles in the companies. He follows the theory of transformational theory of leadership. His detailed interview Liam has revealed that he deals with large section of the people. He has to follow a strict rules and theories of leadership. Biography
Liam Hayes is the Global Chief Officer at a leading company named Aurecon. Aurecon is a global engineering and infrastructure advisory company. Liam has been serving this company for almost 15 years. He is also a board member in Wear of Success, in Australia.
He has passed in double MBA from Harvard University.
Liam is a member of Aurecon’s global Executive Committee. He deals with many people at Global Chief Officer at a leading company named Aurecon. He is also a member of the CEO’s Future Ready Team.
In 2017, Liam was named ‘Young Executive of the Year’ by the Australian Financial Review BOSS magazine and in 2018; he received the Dave Ulrich HR Leader Award from the Australian HR Institute.
