The main purpose of this document is to focus on how formal privacy, ethics, and copyright policies could be implemented in ABC Education. There is need of an organisational copyright policy, privacy policy, ethics policy. It could be made consistent with organisational practices and it needs to be compliant with legislation.
An organisational copyright policy needs to address that could be made consistent with organisational practices and it needs to be compliant with legislation as listed below:
a) No plagiarism is allowed: The plagiarism means using somebody else’s words, materials, manner of expression, or ideas in your own. This implies that even though another person agrees to allow you to gift his or her content as if it were yours, it's still plagiarism. Plagiarism doesn't need intent; it is intentional or unintentional. The simplest way to avoid plagiarism is to attribute ideas, facts, data, wordings, quotes, materials, observations, and the other material taken from other sources to their rightful progenitors as acceptable. This means, direct quotations will solely be employed in concert with author name, publication data, and page number(s), and therefore the quoted passage should be enveloped in quotation marks. APA-formatted citations, and references in a very separate reference section, should be wont to document sources and material.
b) College put penalties for plagiarism: if there is plagiarism content then college put penalty for it.
c) Copyright and Fair use: Copyright law is arguably less simple; however violations of copyright aren't any less serious. Penalties for violating copyright might embrace fines or different proceeding, in conjunction with University disciplinary action. It’s necessary to browse and perceive laws referring to proprietary materials and their “fair use” in instructional settings.
