According to the article (Gara, 2012), Goldman Sachs intends to increase its financial base through company mergers and investor addition. Through corporate acquisitions and business coalitions, financial institutions are capable to increase their asset value in cases of looming bankruptcy. Gara (2012) in his article analyses several mechanisms that Goldman Sachs has outlined to maintain it as one of the giant financial and investment companies in a classified equity sector.
Purpose of the Article
Gara’s (2012) article intends to show mechanisms set to be undertaken by Goldman Sachs. Withdrawal from participation in Stock Exchange by major financial institutions makes some of difficult decisions in organizations.
