  2. How do you define professionalism and how does professional responsibility influence your work?

  3. Do you consider leaders in your organization stewards of health care? Why or Why not?

  4. Is it important to you that leaders exercise professional advocacy and authenticity as well as power and influence when working with colleagues? Why or why not?

Preface:
For this interview, I made the selection of a peer who is working in the clinical psychology health care
domain. I made a very detailed analysis of my classmate perceptions towards profession by making a
good interview. The following part of the interview is focused on focused questions about the health
care as well as the professionalism, the answers provided by my class mate are provided below in the
observations made from the interview.
Summary of observations:
My class mate indicated that he is doing primary health care in the psychological domain for the
patients. Typically he will work to render assistance and health care advice for the people who are
depressed as well who are seriously disturbed due to racial discriminations, domestic violence and
community suppressions etc. Also, he indicated that he is providing services to the people who are
victims of workplace bullying and gender discrimination practices. Basically, he is dealing with all sorts of
psychological issues of the patients...
