The current paper explores the methods that will be used for conducting a Quality improvement program of a health sector employer. A qualitative and quantitative measurement of the QI process will be done in this paper. To achieve this aim an analysis of the methods used will be done within areas like timely accessibility of health services by patients, patient satisfaction and value of the medical laboratories.
