The university case study scenario shows ,the university smooth working effected due to current system .The our proposal is for this current system .The university adopt the cloud environment .There are number of cloud provider . Our proposal is for the university is AMAZON cloud.
2.1 Why Amazon Web Services
There are number of cloud service provider and we did research on it as per our university requirement we analyze that as our university is growing so our IT requirements can be change so that this is best cloud service provider. The AWS cloud is a name in terms of its reliability and security by other providers of services. University team member considered on-premises virtualization solutions as well as other cloud providers, but ultimately chose Amazon Web Services (AWS) because it was the only solution with the global infrastructure in place to support .An architectural perspective, infrastructure, automation, and proximity to the customer were main issue. The AWS helps to decreased average network latency from 700 milliseconds to less than 50 milliseconds. The University use multi-region, multi-availability zone architecture with a proprietary DNS service to add resiliency to the applications. The AWS provide functionality to University can easily add a new cluster to manage GDE and other high volume applications without worrying about the infrastructure. AWS another key function can push CPU consumption close to 70 percent because we can always scale out. Fundamentally, running in AWS enables a 230 percent CPU consumption efficiency in data processing. The team consolidated all AWS accounts under one AWS account and provisioned one Amazon VPC network in each Region. This allows each Region to have an isolated infrastructure with a separate firewall, application layer, and database layer.
The design and build the backend infrastructure for University working with AWS team along with an AWS Partner Network (APN). The Backup run on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances. This includes the web servers and databases. Storage for the University Backup app is provided via Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). The University uses Amazon Cloud Watch to monitor the performance and to raise an alarm if performance falls below set thresholds. The stability of the AWS infrastructure enables us to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
AWS approach also provides business benefits in terms of disaster recovery and compliance. With data centers enables customers to maintain all their data within shores, helping IT leaders to address compliance and data-sovereignty concerns.
