Introduction
In this paper we will discuss on the business strategy that can be adopted and practiced by Airbnb which is one of the top rented accommodation service provider. It was a company formed in the year 2008 by Brain Chesky, Joe Gebbia and Nathan Blecharczyk in California, USA. Its revenue was just $6 million in 2010 and within a period of seven years in 2017 its net profit was estimated to be $90 million while its revenue was a mammoth $3 billion. It is now competing with Marriott International Inc. with a market capitalization of $31 billion as on 2018.
