There are various types of determinants which are associated with the health which are segregated under various categories which consists of policy making. It is through healthcare policies which are essential for the people and helps the individuals to live a healthier life for them. The best example of such healthcare acts is the Highway Safety Act, 1966 and secondly the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act which stimulated the Federal Government of US for controlling and regulating the standards with respect to the Motor Vehicle Act, Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, 2014. These guidelines and practices are issued by the Federal Government meant specifically for the manufacturers of vehicles and encouraging the population for using safer practices for prevention of injuries and accidents on roads.
