Assignment 9.1: PICO Paper
The paper for NURS 5625 (FHN I) should be a maximum of 2 pages in length. Use the rubric to guide you. You must include an introduction, background to the problem, and development of the PICOT question itself (maximum 2 pages). You must also include the theoretical model (ACE STAR MODEL) that you will use to guide your paper (½–1 page). This paper must be written in 7th edition APA format. There is a significant point value attached to the inclusion of appropriate citations, so pay close attention!
My PICO question !In adults 25 to 50 years old with mild to moderate symptoms of COVID 19 (P), how effective is monoclonal antibody therapy (I) versus antiviral medications (C) at preventing potential mortality (O)?

Title: PICO analysis of COVID19 patients
Introduction
The treatment approach for COVID-19 infection involves both the use of the monoclonal antibodies as a therapeutic treatment option and the vaccines for the activation of the immune response with the generation of the antibodies by the plasma B-cells inside the immune system of the host. In recent times there has been a comparison of the COVID-19 infection treatment using the monoclonal antibodies synthesized therapeutically by many companies and the vaccines booster doses injected for the activation of the immune response. The vaccine booster dose is a much better treatment option than the use of the monoclonal antibody approach due to the high mutation rate of the virus and due to the activation of the immune-inflammatory response and due to the hyper-activation of the immune system (Chalmers et al., 2021).
Background
Monoclonal antibodies are effective in treating patients suffering from COVID-19 infection in various age groups. The monoclonal antibodies prevent the interaction of the RBD domain with the ACE-2 receptor present on the surface of the mammalian cells. The docking and the intercalation of the COVID-19 antibody with the ACE-2 receptor prevent the entry of this virus inside the mammalian cell and inhibit the cell signaling response (Jahanshahlu & Rezaei, 2020). Passive immunity with the COVID-19 antibody confers resistance to the infection caused by the COVID-19 virus.
Theory
Tremendous research is going on to develop antibodies against the infection caused by the coronavirus. Although monoclonal antibodies are being developed by scientists in the laboratory the antibodies become infective as the strains of this virus develop resistance after some time. Therefore monoclonal antibody therapy is beneficial and advantageous for...
