Leadership is the way of impacting people in order to work eagerly toward a business objective with trust and faith. Leadership is commonly characterized basically as the way toward affecting individuals to coordinate their endeavors towards accomplishment of various specific objective or objectives. [Nwlink]

The process of leaders is carried by applying their initiative learning and abilities which is known as called Process Leadership. Other type of leadership is called Trait Leadership in which leaders have traits that would impact our actions.
