Adherence to major quality management principles
Quality management is a necessary aspect of project management, which can also be considered as a tool to define the success of project. This can also be defined as the act of overseeing all the tasks as well as activities in order to maintain as well as achieve new levels of excellence. Quality management principles are dynamic and depends upon the type of product or services. However, the principles of quality management may remain same irrespective of the type of services or the nature of product. Planning is the first step, which is necessary in order to adhere to the principles because the deliverables to be receives at the end of project’s process, depends upon the planning.
