Your paper should include your name and course title, adhere to APA style, and written in 12-font and double-spaced. Use the five APA Level-2 headings and APA Level-3 headings as sub-sections. From a recent (past 5 years) peer-reviewed journal, find an article that utilized the quantitative method. Read the article and be able to provide a short summary of the study. Use the following guidelines:




Introduction –
Briefly discuss the purpose of the Introduction section of a manuscript.




  • Problem Statement
    – Identify the background/rationale and research problem for the study.


  • Theory
    – Identify the theory the researcher(s) grounded the study in and describe the major research findings that support the theory. Next, list out the research questions or hypotheses.






Methods
– Briefly discuss the purpose of the Methods section of a manuscript.




  • Population and Sample

    Who or what was the population of interest and what sample participated in the study.


  • Tools for Measurement
    – Present the assessment or survey tools that were used to collect the data.


  • Design
    – Briefly describe the research design that was utilized. Provide a definition of the design and a rationale as to why the design was the most appropriate (i.e., connect the design back to the research problem to be addressed).


  • Procedures
    – Briefly describe the data collection procedures.

- Briefly discuss the purpose of the Results section of a manuscript.

Introduction
Through this article, the various concepts of the CSR have been described in detail. CSR refers to Corporate Social Responsibility. The article, ‘Organisational factors for corporate social responsibility implementation in sport federations: a qualitative comparative analysis’, stresses on the CSR activities carried out in the Sport Federations. Through this article, it will be seen that how the sport federations or the SFs would carry out or implement corporate social responsibilities activities. With the backdrop of the SFs, the article has tried to understand the implementation procedures of the CSR activities in different organisations. There are different factors that lead to the performance of the CSR activities.
Problem Statement
The problem statement of the article is to understand the various factors that lead an organisation in performing the various CSR activities. The research paper has tried to come to conclusion with help of SFs in the backdrop. With the references to the SFs, the research paper has tried to understand the various factors that edirect the organisations towards CSR activities (Zeimers et al., 2020). Performing CSR activities is absolutely necessary. In this 21st century, the activities of the CSR help the organisation increase its reputations and earn positive expectations from the stakeholders. However, sometimes, it becomes a little difficult for the organisation to carry out various responsibilities. The cost or the motivational factors often deviate the organisations from performing corporate social responsibilities. In that case, this research paper would deal with the problems of the factors that motivate organisations to perform CSR.
Theory
As mentioned earlier, CSR is one of the pillars of the organisation. The organisation performs CSR activities out of their own will due to various benefits. Not only CSR helps in improving the society by bringing equity, but also, CSR helps in bringing benefits for the organisation. There are several models or theories that try to explain the concepts of the Corporate Social responsibility. The article has tried to find out certain theories that try to explain the factors that serve to be conducive to the implementation of the CSR activities. As mentioned earlier, different organisations implement CSR in different ways. The implementation of CSR varies as per the mission, vision and values of the organisation in different fields (Nguyen, Pham, Le, & Bui, 2020). Therefore, the article has provided certain models that enable to understand the implementation of the CSR based on the conceptual and robust framework.
Consolidative Organisational and Cultural model of CSR
This model has been largely prescribed in order to understand the implementation of the CSR activities based on three dimensions. This theory says that the performance on the CSR activities are performed on the basis of three phases that include, reluctance, grasp and embedment associated with knowledge, attitude, strategies, tactics and operations. This theory suggests that implementation of the CSR activities need proper implementation of strategies. CSR is involved within the emotional quotient.
