1. Introduction
The movement towards cloud based MIS by the Sunshine Homes will bring huge opportunity to this real estate agency. Opening five new offices in different cities will requires a proper MIS to Sunshine homes to effectively manage their agents and other staff. The new cloud based solution will allow all offices to share the required data and make effective communication among the agents working in different offices. The monitoring of sales, finance and other departments by both the founders to Sunshine Homes will become easy with this new developed cloud based MIS. The web development is also required at Sunshine Homes and this new website will allow all the customers to check the available properties at Sunshine Homes. The agents working in different offices of this company can show all available properties to their clients with the website. The clients can also search the required properties in specific area of the city with help of this website. The development of this website will create a huge database of clients, listed properties, working agents and other staff to Sunshine Homes. So, it becomes essential to Sunshine Homes to implement a proper MIS to handle all these information. The use of cloud based MIS is very popular and this cloud based MIS will provide a cost effective solution to this company.
2. Phases of PLC for required cloud management IS to Sunshine homes
The complete implementation of any project is not possible collectively and different phases are developed to maintain step based implementation for any project.
