Write a critical review of the document focussing on the extent to which the SACE Stage 2 Review connects to the original SACE Policy Framework and how they both address the goals of education outlined in the article by Wyn (2009).
A critical review requires you to question the information and ideas that are in the text (and implied in the text) and present your evaluation or judgement of the text.


One way of doing this is to read the text from a number of different perspectives – for example from the perspective of a young person, a parent, a teacher) and to look at the text in relation to the other readings that you have examined in the course so far.
When you evaluate the document this means making a judgement – about the strengths and weaknesses of the text in relation to the issues raised by Wyn (2009).


Evaluating requires an understanding of not just the content of the text, but also an understanding of a text’s purpose, the intended audience and why it is structured the way it is.


Your review should consist of the following sections:




  • An introduction– this is where you tell your reader the title of the text that you have chosen; it’s aim and where you provide a brief overview of its content. Your introduction should end with a brief statement of your evaluation





  • The critique– this needs to be a balanced discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the text against the propositions presented by Joanna Wyn in her paper. A good review will draw on other sources to substantiate the points that you make





  • A conclusion– here you can restate your evaluation qualifying or explaining it as needed. You can make some suggestions for improvements to the text if you think this is warranted



Remember to include alist of referencesat the end of your review.

Introduction
This article is a critical review that analyse the SACE policy framework and the extent to which, SACE stage 2 review is connected. The aim of this article is to identify the role of SACE policy framework in achieving the goal of education, which is outlines in “touching the future: building skills for life and work”. The South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) aims to give good senior secondary education that every student must possess the skills, capabilities and knowledge so that they can contribute into the society, economy, and community as a fully informed citizen. This course is designed in such a way that students can develop the abilities to learn, live, and work. It helps to plan the learning experience by taking in account their abilities and goals. It tries to build the knowledge, understanding and skills in many contexts. This course involves three main policies. It provides SACE learning and assessment design policy, assessment integrity policy, and accreditation, recognition and certification policy.
SACE Stage 2 Review connects to the original SACE Policy Framework
SACE policies work on the diversity of the senior secondary students and they give them opportunity to learn in diverse manner and to build their future. The personalisation of learning starts with the long range of subject and courses that allow the students to develop the capabilities that are underpin in the subject. This framework states that stage 2 includes research project, which further enhance the skills of the students. Stage 2 fulfils the rigorous need of the senior year. It uses innovative teaching approach to improve the skills of the students. Stage 2 work in the direction of policy framework developed.
SACE policy involves literacy and numeracy skills, which are developed from a range of English and mathematics subjects and courses. It allows students to participate in higher education as worker and community member. SACE stage 2 allows the students to study wide range of English and Maths, which help them to develop literacy and numeracy skills. It has flexible timing for the students, which allow them to seek education as a worker and community member.
SACE policy framework provides subjects that allow the people to meet the interests and needs of the students. The framework allows the students to learn accredited subjects and programs in the organisation (Education, 2019). SACE stage 2 allows the students to learn variety of the courses and subjects according to their needs. SACE policies are based on the personalisation of learning rigorous and consistent applied standards, which gives surety that every young person develops the foundation for success in the future....
