Introduction
Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service refers to the primary health care service. Local Aboriginal community has initiated as well as operates this primary health care service. The main purpose of it is to deliver the holistic, culturally appropriate and comprehensive health care to particular community. This helps to control the community via the locally elected Board of Management. ACCHS helps the aboriginal people to get culturally safe and secure health care service with the safe environment so that they can strengthen their identities, culture and the community. Aboriginals are those, who do not get many opportunities like the western people of Australia and they suffer from health inequality.

For this study, Queensland is selected as the Aboriginal Medical service, which provides safe and secure health care facilities to the aboriginal people. The aboriginal people do not get proper treatment due to health inequalities, which leads them towards poor lifestyle. The study shed light on the difference between Western and Indigenous understanding regarding health and wellbeing. The aboriginal perspective regarding cultural safety and its impact on the nursing care is also discussed.

The WHO Alma-Ata Declaration foreshadow on this for the development of the primary health care of the aboriginal people.
Its application to aboriginal health:
It is care team approach, which helps to build a long-term relationship. In 2006, the indigenous population reached 50,000 in Australia that was a huge victory for the aboriginal people (Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, 2015). In such condition, the aboriginal people faced various challenges such as social and economical disadvantages, which increases the mortality rate but decreases the morbidity rate (QAIHC, 2016).
