Section A - Assessment Information Duration and/or due date: Copy details from the assessor version of this task Task Instructions Please complete all necessary documentation for create basic databases assignment 1, the VET database. This assignment is to be completed individually. Following instructions in class and from weekly slides and labs, create a SEVEN table database for VET. Each table should contain at least six records. Intersection entities should contain 10 or 12 records. Minimum tables should be PET_OWNER, VET, PET, SPECIES, BREED, APPOINTMENT AND HEALTH_EVENT This will include: A requirements document, (Refer Week 3) with as appendices: Business rules (Refer Week 1), Analysis of business (Entity, Attribute, Relationship, Primary Key, Ignore) table (refer Lab 1) A completed ERD. (Refer Lab 1), A completed schema (Refer Week 3), And from these design tools, a created database running in Xampp. (refer Week 4) The database should be created with your first and last name. Then enter data into the completed tables (Refer Week 4). Specifically, test for an invalid blank entry, test for an invalid duplicate entry, test for data entered that is of an invalid type and test for data entered that is of an invalid length. Finally, display the data in your browser, and provide screen shots as evidence (Refer Week 4). Include a display of all tables, and all records in each table.
