Courier ASAP (CASAP) is a new courier company with the objective of providing customers with a delivery alternative that is not only more secure but also more expedient in comparison to the other services that are presently available. CASAP is anticipating the arrival of an automated system that will provide the company with an interface that is both efficient and effective. This will help the company create an online booking system, which will allow it to fulfil its purpose and achieve its objectives, where customers to use the software on their personal computers in addition to their mobile devices in order to schedule important appointments and monitor their progress.
The user will be able to log in to this system using their account in order to make any required reservations and get any necessary services, including but not limited to deciding where they want to be picked up and dropped off based on their own preferences, selecting where they want to be picked up and dropped off. It is anticipated that courier agents would be able to swiftly allocate the suitable delivery agent to the assignment when they use this strategy. In addition, clients will be informed not only of the total price that has been calculated but also of the expected day and time of delivery time.
