The main managerial approach for the sustainable tourism development is a systematic approach (Sardianou, Kostakis, Mitoula, Gkaragkani, Lalioti & Theodoropoulou, 2016). This systematic approach integrates government plans for tourism, natural resources management, cultural, economic and social development, infrastructure and the risk management. The systematic approach defines how tourism in certain will be built up. Here it conveys the tasks of the government and the plans and infrastructure system of a business. The systems will show how a tourism business will set up. In order to achieve the competitive tendency in the approach the government will implement some strategies to develop those places of interests.
