Report structure: • Title page: name of the case, student name, date of submission • Executive Summary: key findings • Table of Contents: with section numbers and headings • Introduction: summarise the case and point out the important case facts • Key Management Challenge: identify the symptoms and problems • Case Analysis: identify and apply relevant management theories and address root causes of identified issues • Recommendations: deriving from the above analysis • Full 'in-text' referencing: citing at least three academic sources in addition to your text book • Reference list: using the A.P.A. referencing style Submission: All work must be submitted via Turnitin by the due date along with a completed Assignment Cover Page. The assignment must be in Ms Word format, 1.5 spacing, 11-pt Calibri (Body) font and 2 cm margins on all four sides of your page with appropriate section headings. Reference sources must be cited in the text of the report, and listed appropriately at the end in a reference list using APA referencing style. The final report submission needs to be submitted before the due date. This is an individual assignment, and only one submission is allowed. Introduction
Strategic control is the technique of placing goals, procedures, and targets if you want to make a corporation or organisation greater competitive. Often, strategic management consists of method evaluation, inner organisation analysis, and method execution at some stage in the corporation. The overall direction is provided by developing objectives and plans in order to accomplish the objectives and then allocating the resources to implement the plan. Harley Davidson is an American cultural and business icon and has the ability to survive through different depression, recession period. Harley-Davidson is suffering with different pivotal problems, the primary of is that the firm’s merchandise are considered as delight items. The different problems are comparable in nature in that they address the reality that preserving with the firm’s goal marketplace is challenging; especially as demand for its goods is changing. Individually and together those problems pose an actual challenge to the company’s long-time period success (Lai et al., 2020). Without addressing such problems, Harley-Davidson can also additionally lose its potential to create price for clients and to serve stakeholders’ desires as a result.
The first issue is successfully addressing the fact that the customers are looking their product as the leisure item. When the condition of economy is challenging the market trends of motorcycle tends to experience difficulties in terms of generating sales that are adequate.
