Due to outburst of Covid19 pandemic, many business who earlier used to outsource its training and development programs to other companies are now planning to conduct in house training program so that the candidates can learn online through conduction of session through zoom application so that the employees remain unaffected from disease and companies can save its money by conducting in house learning and training programs. Management Consultant is basically a consultant company which expertises in leadership consultancy and is in continuance since five years. It also provides a wide range of services to other companies so to help them assess manager’s leadership behaviour. In this study, focus will remain on implementation of organisational learning strategy. Stress will also be made on the procedure of achieving targets using learning strategies and its resources. Some discussion will also be made regarding the performance of resources and people that is related to the organisational learning strategy implementation. A short explanation is also expected to be provided regarding the outcomes that are yet to achieve. Moreover, two changes will also be proposed to organisation existing policies and procedures and some suggestions or plans will also be stressed for improving the company’s organisational learning strategy.
Implementation of organizational learning strategy:
The organisational learning strategy is a promise or commitment that corporate training as well as measurement if returns are enabled through specific objectives. The organisational learning strategy is often conducted and adopted by the company so that its employees who are eager to enhance their career or who are eager to contribute more to the company can go through the learning program and adopt it for the well being of both the company as well as for themselves (Chadhar & Daneshgar, 2018).

It is required that organisational learning strategy is properly implemented and implementation requires various processes to go through. The first that applies is the theories that is related to assessment and learning theories so that at first theories and vision is made clear to the employees to properly decide and implement the action plan that is required for the entire process of conducting the learning strategies implementation. It is the initial stage of the implementation process. The second would be delivering the right item or the related item to the correct or corresponding departments. The delivery phase plays an important role while implementing strategies so that proper delivery channels are structured and information can go smoothly from one channel to another. The design process is also necessary to properly arrange all the information or methods that are needed to be implemented and communicated. Proper presentation is expected to be made for a successful end to end implementation. Development phase is important for implementation process because any tweaking and refining changes can be made to the plan instantly in case the situation demands. The last step that plays out is the presentation process that is conducted by managers in order to implement the execution process to the staff and bring out necessary procedures to implement the change.
