Assessment and Recognition Policy and Procedures
Purpose: The purpose of this strategic policy is to introduce the training sessions which will help in providing specialized training and knowledge session to assist the managers in improving their leadership performance of their staff.
Principles: The principles of the organization is to focus on the quality of the work, have a passion towards the innovation in their work, have respect for all, and must be reliable for the fellow employees and to the customers.
Responsibilities: To develop key strategies that will help establish the company as the best learning organization. Developing the learning capabilities of students and staffs, ensuring that all kind of financial operation, performance indicators and the results do support the strategic policies of the organization. The responsibilities also lies in engaging the staffs in identifying new and expanding the existing source of revenue, foster innovation and achieve the profit target of 10 percent annually. There will be equality in the organization without any place for biasness.
Recognition: The recognition of the staffs will be done on periodic basis, which will help in setting target for goals. This will also help in forming the performance expectation of the staffs.
Policy: The organization is committed to recruit and support quality staff, the organization is committed to provide a supportive and growing working environment, and also practice equality in the organzaition.

External Training Procurement Policy and Procedures
Introduction: Grow Management Consultants is committed to provide quality training post recruiting quality staffs. It is also committed towards ensuring that the staffs understand their job role and they can be able to successfully follow and work according to the required procedures.
Principles: Since, the selection is made on the basis of the merit, therefore, the training plan will be prepared to help the employees in continuing with their work in a proper manner. No discrimination will be allowed, and everyone will receive equal opportunity to learn.
Procedures: At first the needs of the employees is determined, where the training plan will be prepared based on the individual job role, their skills, and the required knowledge or skills they needed. The next step is to determine that what type of training will be provided, such as group training, individual and so on, and it must comply with the regulatory norms and must not create loss of time. The third procedure is to identify the goals and objective is to identify what are the goals and objective of the employees post training session. The fourth procedure is implementing the training where the staffs will be required to participate, and the training will be of two types: on the job and off the job training.
