You must also participate in a timed role play to consult with the senior management team (assessor to play the role of CEO) to outline your findings and ideas, discuss the impact of your recommendations on the organisation and examine and review the options for deploying new policies and procedures needed across the organisation. Finally, you are required to write an organisational learning strategy and policies and procedures for the same company by working through a number of activities and completing and submitting a project portfolio. · You must attempt all activities of the project for your trainer/assessor to assess your competency in this assessment task. · You must complete this task by following all given instructions, for the trainer/assessor to assess competency in this assessment task. Applicable conditions: · All Role Plays are timed. · You may use handwriting/ computers to write answers. · Electronic devices are allowed during this assessment task. · You must complete the task independently. · No marks or grades are allocated for this assessment task. The outcome of the task will be Satisfactory or Not Satisfactory. · As you complete this assessment task, you are predominately demonstrating your practical skills, techniques and knowledge to design and develop an organisational learning strategy to your trainer/assessor. · The trainer/assessor may ask you relevant questions on this assessment task. Purpose: The purpose of this strategic policy is to introduce the training sessions which will help in providing specialized training and knowledge session to assist the managers in improving their leadership performance of their staff.
