They exhibit a genuine concern for the well-being and happiness of all individuals. The use of Ubuntu can exemplify the fundamental principle of cultural humility by compelling both individuals and organizations to confront and rectify disparities. The statement acknowledges the intrinsic value and respect for every individual, irrespective of their cultural heritage or societal position. It promotes active listening and learning from others, as well as recognizing and rectifying power disparities. Through the practice of cultural humility, both individuals and institutions can actively strive to diminish disparities and advance the cause of social justice.
