In order to successfully complete a project maintaining appropriate communication always plays a vital role. it not only helps to proceed smoothly with the work but also helps in completing the project on time while maintaining project quality. this assignment stakeholder management of a food chain development project is going to be discussed.

In the case of the food industry the success of any new food chain depands on various stakeholders like suppliers, consumers, transpoters, resturent management team, employees, government and several others.

    30% power of food industry depands on the suppliers. Although there are a large number of suppliers exist in the market and the company can easily choose a new supplier for their business, the main foundation of the food industry depends on suppliers as they supply the raw ingredients in this industry.
Rating for suppliers’ interest is approximately 60% as they need to develop a strong and secure connection with a food chain in order to gain benefits in a long term.
    Suppliers generally wants to estublish a strong foundation in the market and hold on the pact made with the resturent or foodchain for long term benefit.
    External & Supporter
    In order to gain support and reduce objections it is necessery to avoid monopoly and multiple suppliers needs to be included in order to run the business in long run.
    Consumers
     In the food industry, 80% of the power of a business depends on consumers as they are the main client of the business and if they are not satisfied then the business will face losses.
rating for customers’ interest will be 50% as there are lots of varieties food available in the market so the quality of food and other factors needs to be measured (Nguyen et al. 2018).
    Customers always require the best quality food at a reasonable cost. Hence, in order to attract customers, food quality maintenance is necessary.
    External and neutral
    Understanding market demand is necessary. Therefore, market analysis is very important.
    Management team
    70% success of any business depends on its management team. Their marketing strategy and business management practice are very important to establish a new business.
90% interest of management team is involved in any project as the main aim of establishing a new project is to gain some profit from the market.
    The management team always focuses on establishing a new brand in market that can be benifical for them. in order to achive that they conduct market servay to creat influence in the market (Lehtinen, Aaltonen& Rajala, 2019).
    Internal
    Market survey and collaboration with advertising industry and other stake holders are also very important.
    Employees
    Employees hold 50% power over this business because without their contribution the business will not perform well in the global market.
They also have 50% of the interest as this project gives them an opportunity to earn from the market.
    They expect a financial benefit from the business and the goodwill of a food chain depends on their performance.
    Internal
    employers need to acknowledge their effort and need to monitor them in order to maintain goodwill in the food industry.
    Government
    40% power government has on a business as each business needs to have a government license in order to run a business.
The government also has 20% interest as the tax paid by the business to the government used for the development of the nation.
