Identify and discuss the main argument article (200 words)
Change is inevitable and the organisation, its employees cannot escape from the changes. The organisation and th
e people need to be adaptive to the new culture, innovative methods, techniques and presenting a new process to match with the trend (Paulsen, 2016). Of the organization is not able to apply the foreseen policies, procedures or trains its employees to be adaptive to the new changes, gradually it will outdate the organization standards. The article also argues that the culture part of the change and one needs to sail with it, rather than being resistant. The main highlight of the article is about the culture and the leader inevitable role in it, which discusses that it needs to be rational and approachable while making a social movement dynamics into adjusting it with the change management plan. The leaders should also be adaptive and learn from the skilful movement makers. The definition of the successful leaders of moments which needs to master of framing situations that can often stir emotions along with the incite action. The framing is attributed to the application of the social pressure to conform. It has been duly noted for the successful organization to be adaptive to the change and innovation; the organization should inculcate a successful cultural change that can make it challenging part of transit.

The limitation and the assumption is that significant change which often comes from the social movements which often comes from the differences generated from the private enterprises and the society. The leaders should transition to the social movement makers, which can make the invitations engage and it needs to mobilize the masses to bring in the institutional change new societal norms. The article also explains with the example of Dr. Reddy, which we need to anticipate and introspect with the movements. As per the movement research, it highlights that it is the diffuse dissatisfaction with the status quo along with bringing in the broad sense to the current institutions that can make the power structure of the society that requires addressing the problem. It is often seen that in the movement in which there is a stir voice that can enlighten and provide a vision towards a path forward which is standing within a power of the crowd. As per the assessment, it is true that the employees and the leaders need to be self-driven and be proactive to approach things, but it is often seen conflicts with the independent ideas and thoughts.
