1. Definition of project methodology
    Project methodology is a term that is related to the project management of any organization. It is a well-structured project guideline that includes defining, planning, launching regarding any project of organizations. Project management methodology includes five different stages of managing a project of any organizations. In this process of project methodology the requirement for any project is first identified and then it is evaluated that what should be done in order to accomplish the project, in the third step of the project management methodology it is required to search for the fact that the project requirements have been met successfully or not. If the requirements have been met successfully, then the project methodology goes to check its fourth step, otherwise, it suggests to go back to the previous step to check the requirement for the project again.

The above figure is showing a different structure of project methodology. There are many types of project methodology are available, in different projects different project methodology is used, but the basic structure of a project methodology remains almost same in every project. The above project methodology is showing six steps in the methodology, but there are many variants of project methodology is available such as- three steps methodology, four steps methodology, five steps methodology and others.
