2. Undertake further research about the ethical problems you identified in your chosen video to assist you in analysing and discussing it in your essay.
3. You are required to analyse the ethical dilemma you have identified above using the Problem-Action-Consequence Technique (PACT). The word limit should be between 1000-1100 words. Note: Headings, citations, references and any appendices do not count towards your word limit, but quotations do. At the start of the assignment indicates in brackets the word count of your assignment excluding those items mentioned above.
4. Include a Reference list at the end of your work, in the correct APA referencing style, corresponding to in-text citations. Ethical dilemma, also called Moral dilemma explains the situations wh
ere we perceive choices kept before us and according to our rational thinking to choose what we find perfect, an ethical dilemma exists between two moral imperatives and it is the self assessed idea that will work to embody so as to which one should one conceive and which one to discard. Ethical dilemmas can be constructed in many ways by showing the claimed situation that leads one to apply the case; grand absolutism has been stated as the alternative to situational ethics. Debates have however existed between the moralities of the actions and its availabilities.
For the given Research I have chosen Scenario 3 Early launch that signifies the moral dilemma between Program director and Project manger that exist for a product launch which goes in the manner decided that the director is very certain about the product launch before time so that the organization effectively has more opportunities to hold into, rather than just working on one project head, this however can be precarious as it might end demolishing the companies year built honor thus defaming it to an larger extent, the project manager in hand for the product explains that encryption is very vital for any product in the long run, thus explains his insecurity regarding launching the product soon and thus not satisfying the basic needs that the product demands, on the other hand the director clarifies his idea by stating that he could think the opportunities of holding the plan and thus expanding the opportunities in a very decisive manner. Situation of moral ethical dilemma arises here where we see that the launching of product may result in welfare of the company but in the long run scenario it may result in failure as because encryption plays an important role.
