  • Include a Reference list at the end of your work, in the correct APA referencing style, corresponding to in-text citations. You must include at least TWO (2) quality academic references (one for each ethical perspective) from different sources. The modern business requirements has completely changed and programming to develop applications becomes essential and critical element to satisfy business requirements. The importance of programming has a large picture for clients and application development organizations. In area of software development, the used ethical values have huge impact. The ethical values define the correctness and impacts of application to client and its uses in modern society. For completing my assignment, the first scenario with title “Early Launch” is used. The delivery of required application without implementing encryption just to ensure early delivery is highly unethical. The inclusion of ethical values will deliver the properly working application without taking any shortcuts [Abdullah et al, 2017]. The pressure of CEO will always be there to take next project for making maximum profit but it does not mean that ethical values can be taken aside and personal or organizational profit is considered as priority.
2. Ethical issue identification and their analysis
The pressure of CEO will always be there to take next project for making maximum organizational profit. The mainly identified issues are taking bonus by employee and delivering the application without implementing encryption to ensure the prior delivery of application from the due date provided by client. The prior delivery to client from due date will definitely increase the reputation of developing organization for some time but when the client face the security or hacking issues, this reputation will gone in just some seconds. This prior delivery will also ensure the bonus amount to employees, project manager and organization but as per the conversation among both, the implementation of encryption is removed in development.
