Academic writing is a formal written work in the academic fields to apprize notion, create debates and wise confabulations. Academic writings have many forms such as literary analysis, research paper and dissertation. Literary analysis is used to research and evaluate writings on literature. Literary analysis is beyond summarizing the piece of literature. It is mostly used to portray special features, characters and motives of the literary works. Research paper is another common form of academic writing. Outside sources such as Google scholar is used to support thesis statements of the research papers. Argumentative statements are created using outside sources in the research papers. Features such as evaluation, analysis and arguments are the specialities of research papers.
