Because of the courses it offers and quality of the training, the business is growing rapidly. The key objectives of the RTO are: ● The objectives of Quality Training are to provide quality training, offer state of the art technological environment, and grow at a challenging and manageable rate and to establish itself as a quality education provider. ● The mission of Quality Training is to exceed our students’ expectations by providing them with effective training and development services, relevant to their needs and in line with national quality standards. ● The RTO offers nationally recognised qualifications from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma level in Business, Accounting and Information Technology. RTO offers Fee for Service training. ● Quality Training will explore opportunities to extend its scope to maximize business opportunities and meet customer needs. ● In order to achieve its objectives, Quality Training is considering to upgrade its ICT infrastructure that supports its growth and help the business to achieve its goals by offering cost effective, secure, scalable, easy to maintain and user friendly ICT environment This document outlines high level Business and Technical requirements (Scope) for the purpose of enhancing ICT infrastructure which enable the business to achieve its objectives. 2.0 Existing ICT infrastructure The business is experiencing multiple issues related to ICT infrastructure and willing to review the current infrastructure and upgrade as required. Some of the key issues are:  Have physical servers on site which keeps going offline.  Redundancy not working  Communication Room Temperature not stable  Network is not designed to support multiple locations  Content filtering is not working as required  Have experienced multiple security related issues and cyber attack  Computers are running very slow  Website is not very user friendly and is not dynamic  IT team investing lots of time on maintaining and supporting the system  Computers keep disconnecting from the network  Sustainable and safe workplace 3.0 Stakeholders It is expected that ICT partners and professional consult with the business stakeholders to have better understanding on business and technical requirements prior to proposing a solution. Our key stakeholders are: ● Management ● IT staff ● Admin staff ● Student support Services staff ● Marketing and Sales ● Students ● Trainers ● Contractors ● Agents ● Government Bodies 4.0 Company locations and facilities Quality Training located in level 3, 120 Pitt Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150 Current ICT infrastructure includes: ● Class rooms – 6 class rooms available for students. ● Computer facilities – in 4 classrooms.
