Assessment 5 Presentation Please read the assessment criteria and ensure each is covered in your presentation. The framework relates to the lessons learnt process- not the overall project management process. When describing your two (2) lessons - describe the event (what happened) then the lesson learnt (What you have learnt from the experience of the event). When describing the process improvement strategy (for each lesson) use the SMART method. Write your strategy against each letter to ensure your strategy covers each aspect. Its very easy to notice that your strategy is or is not measurable when you when writing a sentence about measuring it. Please do not copy. This is your last assessment for this unit, give yourself every chance to do well.
