Introduction
Home is an important part for everyone. It affects their health and welfare, quality of life and opportunities available to them. Housing is the basis of communities. It enhances the demand for facilities local services, and shops. People's homes are focused on the delivery of many services, such as health and care services. Public funding investment in the construction and renovation of houses already contributes significantly to national and local economies, raining opportunities, and creating thousands of jobs. According to Bostrom (2012), it plays a major role in reviving the communities, the way they look, improve their safety, and help people feel where they live and have the scope to do more. Investing in housing brings many benefits to people, including their quality of life, health, and wellbeing. Affordable housing is essential for ordinary families. At the same time, it caters to the basic need of all of us for the shelter and also contributes to the well-being of both the parents and the children. Many studies have shown that in case of stable housing, children perform better in school and hence there is no possibility of any kind of trouble in their education.

Without economical housing, communities quickly get separated from income and family background. To promote social and economic diversity, the community needs to meet the needs of all families. Well-kept affordable housing allows development communities to welcome a wide range of families and create a vibrant, diverse, and group of residents. To be managed, new services need to be easily accessible to workers. As mentioned by Moore (1902), affordable housing development ensures that the working family will remain in the community. These working families provide the labor, to which the economy is growing. Apart from this, motivating working families to settle in the community will help in providing a growing population of students to keep the local school system healthy and robust.
Properly the distance and the house of value will also allow the families to remain in the community, although they only experience temporary job loss, a disruption to the family, or a disease or other situation. As opined by Cuthill and Fien (2005), this is the most important aspect for the economic vitality of any community. Affordable housing can attract employees to our community and competitive advantage for area employers. Affordable housing also supports local work because they can stay close to their families and jobs. With affordable housing help, small employees get a chance to spend more time with their families, while the community benefits from expenditure on roads, air pollution, and lack of traffic. In reviving the communities, construction of affordable housing helps in promoting economic development.
According to the perceptions of Marmot et al. (2008), there can be many urgent needs of one’s community, both the homeowner and the rental house being important. The rental Affordable housing completes the needs of many families. For some, rental houses are the most economically viable option for families earning in low-middle and high-cost markets in particular. For some community households, living in affordable rental housing are an important step that helps them in saving their savings, and also allows them to prepare for the work of the household. Homeowner housing is also an essential part of the stock. As mentioned by Magis (2010), this can be a great and affordable accommodation option when it reaches home prices in a family budget.
In addition to incorporating one’s most valuable financial assets, homeowners provide protection from unwanted tricks and controls on their home facilities.
