    According to Australian Council of Social Service 2009, community service basically means to provide the support and nourish the performance of the individual, their families and group, to maximize their potentiality as well as to enhance the community wellbeing. Ethical decision produce as well as gain the trust, demonstrate responsibilities, respect, fairness, caring and generate a good citizenship. These good behaviours thereby form a foundation in a society or a community. Ethical decision-making model suggest the critical thinking as well as planning for the aspiration of ethical dilemmas. There is no doubt that Ethical decision making is an integral part of community work practices in Australian communities.
    In Australia, its state, territories, and government play an important role in the provision of community services. They serve their role to ensure the basic rights and an expected and acceptable standard of living and provide the requirements to support and protect the exposed individuals in a society. Community services includes several perspectives such as child care, financial counselling, aged care, health clinics, providing homeless shelter, multicultural communities, corrective services, residential care, personal and social support and many more. Community services provides a positive impact on a society and motivates a student to became an active participant in the community and take the responsibilities in future.
    As stated by Cassells, Duncan, Mavisakalyan, Phillimore, Seymour and Tarverdi (2018) the main purpose of community work and practices is a planned process in order to mobilise these communities and use their own social resources as well as structures to highlight their problem and achieve their own objectives. Community work encourage the empowerment and the participation and swap the needed change through collective action. The community pharmacist and nurses play a vital role in providing the primary health care to several Australian community sectors. As stated by Counsell et al. (2018) the Australians suffered from the gout disease which is very painful and required high treatment. Therefore, these pharmacists play an important role in providing the basic treatment and improve the Gout management.

Challenges faced by the Community Service Sector
    According to Australian Council of Social Service several challenges were faced by the social service workers as of unavailability of adequate resources, remunerations, growth in demand but lack of supply, increased in several expenditures specially in health care, failure in motivating the deprived peoples properly and many more.
