Furthermore, focusing on enhancing the assessment, emotional intelligence, de-escalation, as well as the communication skills for the nurses for managing the aggressive patients and the family members have found out to be quite effective in terms of enhancing the knowledge of the healthcare workers and reducing the intensity of patient violence in the mental health settings.
