Introduction
The purpose of this report is to gather information about the ethics literature, ethical theories, philosophies and concepts. This report contains the information of the source of ethics, that is, from where they come from and how an individual’s decisions are influenced by them. The source of the ethics may be religion, family, philosophy, government and society (Clark-Kazak, 2017). Besides, this report contains the types of challenges and difficulties I faced as an individual while doing the project work within a group. In this report, I recommended certain points that would help to mitigate the ethical issues in any organisation at any point of time (Ellis, 2020).
Ethics Literature
I was an employee in KFC and had a very eye opening experience during my tenure. Ethical issues in KFC deal with moral principles that guide an individual’s personality. It consists of disciples, which are concerned about what is good or bad for an individual, as well as what is right or wrong for that individual. It is not only about an individual but also how the individual's behaviour about right, wrong, good and bad towards the society, which includes other people. They are the inner guiding morale and are value driven (Kwan & Walsh, 2018).There are three types of ethics, which are described, which could be clearly found in the organisation environment.

They are concerned with the behaviour of the people, that is, what the people analyse about a thing whether the thing is right or wrong and good or bad. They are more practical in nature. They deal with how the people need to act in terms of morality. The main concept of normative ethics is to be acquainted with the procedure to arrive at preliminary moral standards and to deal with the ways to justify the basic moral standards.
They deal with the meaning and function of the moral language. They are the assumptions of evaluative ethics. They include intuitionism, emotivism and prescriptivism. The guiding principles behind the ethics are known as ethical philosophies. They contain theories and ideologies put forward by philosophers concerning the ethics of human beings. The ethical philosophies are based on countries, movements and periods (Wolfsdorf, 2020). Thus, they would be different for different cases. There are four forms of ethical philosophies, which are given below as follows:
These ethical principles guide the individuals to choose between right and wrong. This principle is related to the principle of utility, which urges to produce more ratio of good over evil (Loke, 2017). This deals with situations where no option appears profitable. Therefore, the people need to use a way that appears to be least harmful and a minimum number of individuals are harmed. In this principle, the individuals are required to take the front seat for themselves.
The individuals need to take their own decisions and their decisions must not be influenced by others. The individuals need to control their lives and obtain a lifestyle that they enjoy. This principle makes the individuals independent (Bose, 2020). In this principle of...
