a) Customers
They are the purchasers of the products of the company, who pay money and consequently, increase the revenues for the company. Billabong has its customers both online and offline.
b) Suppliers
The suppliers are entities who provide raw materials to a manufacturing company and finished goods to a retail company (Starik, Sharma, Egri & Bunch, 2017). In case of Billabong, all the companies that are associated with selling their surfing goods with it are its suppliers, along with those who are supplying raw materials for Billabong’s in-house products.
c) Investors
Investors invest their money into the company in order to fund their business activities, and in return, get a profit share of the investment-seeking company, thus, benefitting themselves. In Billabong, it receives funds from featured online-brands and other bodies for running its business.
