Introduction:
KISA phone are the manufacture of mobiles and technology advancement requires the company to keep on innovating product in due requirement of the market. During the course of project many things were learnt and highlighting strengths were of great help were useful for innovation. Daily advancement is happening in the sector and demands growing day by day from the customers. Model, technology are a great deal for this market to evolve and flourish. SOAR report based on the project will be discussed in detail and also the achievement will be highlighted.
Strengths:
1) There are various opportunities where I can show my strength and act upon them. Working in a leadership position has numerous scope of learning and making it count by doing the right amount of thing considering my strengths. I am proud to say that some of my strength were put in good use for the organization to carry out the purpose. Managing day to day task and involving in thinking critically for something new to be done has always been my upper hand.
Time management: Meeting the deadlines has been of critical importance to my deliverables for the organization and from time to time I have shown my capability of carrying out projects with limited time.
Critical Thinking: While working on particular project I analyze all do’s and don’ts that can be assessed and also some steps additional to it which can be required in viewing it on a larger scale.
2) My strengths have helped in the development of the process and success of the project in all the aspects. The art of communicating with people and understanding their concerns and opinions is the key part to my success. My role is managing the team and leading it to the path of success, considering all the possibilities where issue can also be a part of it. Communication has helped me and my peers to establish trust among each other and respect in the eyes of management. Co-workers find it very easy to interact with me and always approach me for any queries which I might be able to provide a solution.
Bias for action is another criterion where I have shown excellency in. Leaders from different domains seek help in the area of my expertise as I am easy to approach and have a profound knowledge in my area of expertise. Also, I have a good understanding of what Ownership means and how to excel on that. I have been taking initiatives to innovate different aspects of the project and understand the concerns regarding it. I analyze data from a very basic level up to its top most level to ensure customer satisfaction and quality deliverable.
3) Leadership team and its constituent plays a very important role in the success of any project. It helps to develop a sense of motivation and encouragement to work on a project full heartedly. My qualities had offered good amount of value to some of the constituents and are as follows:
Decision making: My sense of commitment to a project and the ownership has defined me in terms of actionable and valued process insights. This has helped in overall transition of the project from scratch to a higher level where it means something and reflects as an asset to decision making in times of critical need.
Consulting and Envisioning: Due to my bias for action and critical thinking it has proved to be one of the very best usage for the project initiation.
