tion, set the salary package of the staffs, then training and developing them. HR manager is responsible for the implementing the right code of practice among them and so ensure fair practices. In this report, discussions will be on three factors which have an influence on the human resource management of an organization. The three factors are culture, motivation and individual differences.
Organizational Culture:
Values, believes, assumption, moral and ethics which dictate the behavior of the people in the organization is referred as organizational culture. One of the core theories of organizational culture is that the culture should be implemented throughout the whole organization including managements and staffs of all the departments. Some of the core values which are to be implemented by all the organizations are reliability, loyalty, honesty, efficiency, unbiased, discipline, etc. Honesty is a very important core value which must be implemented in all the organization (Alvesson 2012) since without honesty, the company cannot sustain in the long run. Follow of value and ethics are highly important. Culture of the organization is highly responsible in shaping the operational practices of the business like establishing brand, selection of the employees, facilitating communication among the employees as well as with the management, leadership styles used by the management, etc. There are generally four types of culture which can organization can follow, which are: Clan culture where the staffs are considered to be like family and they are nurtured and mentored; Adhocracy culture where the company focus on taking risk and bringing innovation; Market oriented cultures where the company focus on company and overall market; Hierarchy oriented cultures where the company focus on its efficiency and stability.
