This can be accomplished through comparison and contrast, definition, example, the analysis of cause and effect (use a MS Word document).

Process:

Context:

Most of the models of grief that have been proposed originate in the psychological literature, which tends to focus on grief as an intrapsychic, individual experience. Although some of these models may include acknowledgment of the role of family, most tend to describe the experience of the individual, measuring levels of distress, possible problematic coping, and screening for mental disorders, such as depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. Grief is seen as an individual’s personal response to loss, and any treatment or support that is proposed is also directed at the individual level. (Harris & Winokuer, 2019, p. 46)

However, more recently it has also been observed that people experience their grief in many different ways that are influenced by specific contexts such as culture and family (Worden, 2018)

  2. Follow up with setting the expectations for the background and context for the reader
    For example: While important understandings are gained using theories and models of bereavement, there are implications when they are applied in the context of counselling where clients are viewed holistically.

  3. The next sentence is a clear, concise, anddefined thesis statement. It is essential that this thesis statement be appropriately narrowed to follow the guidelines set forth in the assignment. This thesis statement will be your guide for the rest of the essay.

Introduction
The effects of death, bereavement, and grief have different effects on different people. A few people deal with loss of a loved one in
several ways. Although this might be a difficult time, a few people find several kind of personal development in the process of grief. If they have to face death too, this might give them time to think about their lives and an urgent need to get better themselves and live purposeful life. There is absolutely no right method to deal with death, grief and bereavement. A person’s character is closely related to the process of grief and the quality of the relationship with the deceased. When people check the latest news reports about Anna Nicole Smith, it seems that her mother may have a poor relationship with her daughter. But in the recent trial, her mother's grief was obvious. Death is the actual event that causes the grief of losing a loved one. Death is the last step in meeting, living with or communicating with the dead. No one has the same grief process as others. They might expect someone to shed tears and feelings of sadness after death, but strong emotions, including anger, internal loss, and loss of sense of "self", may also be unfamiliar feelings that swallow us. Over the years, psychologists have put forward several theories of grief in order to determine the stages that many people experience after death. These sad "models" can help us better understand emotions, which may surprise us and overwhelm the emotions. Many therapists and counselors use these sadness models as the basis for the way they help people through the sadness process and the emotions they experience. Grief is a normal and expected failure response.
ANTICIPATORY GRIEF
Johansson, (2014) proposed the original "distressed work" theory, which involved the breakdown of the relationship with deceased, adapting to the new living environment and establishing new relationships. Kübler Ross (Kübler-Rosss2) put forward the "stage theory", in which sadness is accompanied by a series of predictable levels, including shock or denial, resentment, anger and guilt, final acceptance and depression. Stroebe and Schut3 proposed a "double process model", in which sadness is an oscillating process between the two modes. When the sad person responds with emotion as the center, it is the "lost orientation" mode, and when the sad person participates, it is " Restore orientation” mode. Wijk & Johansson, (2010) proposed that chronic grief is related to dependence and resilience before loss and the ability to accept death before loss, while Neimeyer and Sands5 proposed that construction of meaning is the major problem of grief. Hall6 argues that because the individual combines the lessons of loss and resilience, loss provide the prabability of increasing "post-traumatic" life.
COMPLICATED GRIEF
Simon, (2012)outlined four key characteristics of complex grief: 1) Suspicion of death; 2) Pain and pain Anger death; 3) Repeated painful emotions, strong yearning and yearning for the dead; Indulge in the thoughts of dead, often including pain or intrusive death related thoughts. Simon, (2012) evaluated the caregivers of cancer patients at a time of palliative care referral furthermore 4 months after divorce and found that the major predictors of complex grief were: 1) the caregivers' psychological symptoms score at the referral time; 2) The number of adverse life events; 3) The caregiver’s coping strategies; 4) Divorce experiences and Past bereavement;
ANTICIPATORY GRIEF Strengths
Later theories of grief include emphasizing the difference between pathological (complex) and normal (simple) grief responses (eg Lindemann 1944), and emphasizing the stages, phases or trajectories of the grief process. The most famous stage model is introduced in the book "Dying and Death" by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross (1969). When discussing the expected grief of terminally ill patients, she outlined five stages: bargaining, denial and shock, anger, and acceptance (Lewis & McBride, 2004). Many laymen and professionals see these stages as a "way" to successfully experience grief. Many people still prefer the simple linear method of this model, using it as a prescription to measure the degree of grief....
