As part of the viva evaluation you are expected to:
“…..  clearly, concisely and precisely demonstrate one set of your socio-cultural and leadership competencies across all two (or three) units and elements-level technical managerial competencies in individual units along with reasoned and convincing OLS/CAT evidences and logical and coherent real-life business/project management examples”.
I am unsure what you will be doing in other subjects with respect to VIVA. It could be that there is an overlap and if that is the case then the work you do for this document may help in other subjects.

In the next few pages I need you to complete the various sections. Treat the activity seriously as it is worth 15% of your assessment.

Reflect back on your original understanding of project management [your technical competency] This may be Aware, Informed, Involved, Competent or Transformative. Outline how you believe you have progressed.



Your response should outline the new level in this competency. You should also examine the leadership and/or socio-cultural competencies as part of your review, reflecting on the improvements you have made.



Your response should provide reasoned and convincing evidences. Specifically you should outline examples and experiences in the subject that have impacted on your knowledge of project management and the leadership and/or socio-cultural competencies. In other words I am expecting you to demonstrate how it is that you have progressed in these competency not just that you believe you have progressed.
