As an Event Manager you are required to produce a complete event project plan.The aim of the report and presentation is to demonstrate the feasibility of the event both operationally and financially.The following acts as guidelines/ contents for the submission of the report. The report (maximum 2,500 words +/- 10%) should cover the detailed project plan for your selected event and include the following areas:- Detail summary of the entertainment aspect of the event Background including scope and objectives Research and Information sources Budget for the Project A summary of the target audience for the event Project Management tools & techniques including schedules, outcomes and deliverables Project Team Management and Structure Project Communication and Stakeholder management Risk Management Plan Evaluation and Control of your Project
