Your partner and sales team believe that ONEPOINT can help.The following information is provided:Background A joint venture, the Blue-Gray Company, was established two years ago and is now operating at $5 billion annual revenues world-wide.Most of the company's operations and sales are based in Europe and North America, however, the company has locations in many countries around the globe. The CIO is coming under increased pressure from the business units to address the issues.Instructions You are expected to prepare a PowerPoint presentation, based on the Blue-Gray case study below. You will present this presentation to your consulting manager who will present to the Executive Board of Directors of Blue-Gray. The Executive Board consists of the CEO, CIO, CISO and CFO, and some BU directors.ONEPOINT is one of three organizations that the new CIO has asked to propose a solution to these issues. As a result of your presentation Blue-Gray will select a partner for this improvement programme.We will have exactly 30 minutes on the agenda on the monthly Executive Board Meeting. You have not met any of the members of the Executive Board before. Furthermore, your communication skills as well as your ability to interact with the audience and respond to questions are critical in our evaluation of this case study.As intern / Junior consultant – you are not expected to fully cover all the points but rather to support the initial thinking and preparation.Delivery Please bring your presentation on as a PowerPoint presentation. Be prepared to speak for no more than 30 minutes inclusive of Q&A. If you make any assumptions while pulling your presentation together, please state them at the beginning of your presentation. We do not expect that you will be able to fully capture ONEPOINT Consulting’ solution set; we are purely interested in how you form your value proposition and present it to Executive(s). As such, there is no right or wrong answer, simply the art of your delivery.
