Summary
The study intends to investigate the cumulative impact of multiple leadership qualities on the commitment expressed by the employees in a multi project-based organisation. The research article presents to its readers the complications of leadership in an era where the world associated with work, is becoming increasingly complex, dynamic and advancing in terms of technology. The article reviews the literature related to the development of leadership against the background of new work arena. Through the study, the authors aim to find out whether the times of financial crisis in few of the majorly well-known organisations of the United States, brought about a transformational change in the leadership qualities of the CEOs. The focus of the study lies on the transformational leadership qualities along with the corresponding linguistic markers. As per the earlier studies, it has been observed that the linguistic markers are a crucial part of leadership, especially effective leadership.
